Another Aussie joins PGA Tour

Michael Sim has won for the third time on the Nationwide Tour this morning earning him instant promotion to the PGA Tour. He earnt battlefield promotion after a 2-stroke victory in Kansas in a solid, solid win.

This guy has just dominated the Nationwide Tour completely this year in a display not seen before. He's made the cut at both of the majors he competed in - finishing 18th at US Open and 51st at the US PGA.

Aussie Golfer saw Michael Sim play a few events on the Australian Tour late last year and saw a great swing and a cool headed golfer. My only conern was whether he had the mettle to grind out and win championships.

It's obvious now he does. I see this guy rising to the cream of Australian golf very fast. He'll win a PGA Tour event in the next two years.
